Our Story

Designing futures

Gen Moxie is the charitable arm of Moxie, created to bring the power of the Moxie Mindset and Life Design to the next generation. Our belief is simple: confidence, clarity, and agency shouldn’t be a privilege.

Young people are growing up in a world of noise, pressure, and accelerating change. They don’t need more information. They need clarity, confidence, and design.

Gen Moxie exists to equip children and young adults, particularly those facing inequality, uncertainty, or limited access, with the mindset, skills, and belief to go further and faster than they ever thought possible.

Our impact

  • Gen Moxie adapts the Moxie methodology, grounded in science, emotional intelligence, and behaviour change, into age‑appropriate, accessible experiences that help young people:

    • Build confidence, optimism, and self‑belief

    • Understand who they are when they’re at their best

    • Break unhelpful default patterns early

    • Learn how to design their future, not fear it

    • Develop practical life skills: focus, resilience, decision‑making, and agency

    At the heart of Gen Moxie is the Moxie Mindset:
    Smart. Brave. Determined. Optimistic. Kind.

  • Gen Moxie focuses its work where it can have the greatest impact:

    • Children and young people in the regions where Moxie operates, and selected global regions where support is most needed

    • Sixth‑form and college‑aged students in London, at a pivotal moment of identity, choice, and direction

  • How We Give Back

    Gen Moxie is funded and sustained through four core commitments:

    1. Fundraising

    Raising money to support delivery in schools, communities, and regions where access to personal development is limited.

    2. Profit Share

    A portion of Moxie profits is reinvested directly into Gen Moxie programmes—ensuring impact scales as Moxie grows.

    3. Time & Methodology

    We donate our time, tools, and intellectual property—bringing the Moxie Life Design system directly into schools, youth organisations, and communities.

    4. The Gen Moxie Collective

    A partnership network of like‑minded organisations, brands, educators, and individuals committed to:

    • Raising awareness

    • Sharing resources

    • Co‑creating impact
